Weekly Meetings Program
The heart of everything we do. For over 7 years, our weekly meetings have provided a consistent safe space where 40+ young people gather for life skills training, peer support, character development, and community building. This is where transformation begins.

Why Weekly Meetings Are Our Foundation
Consistency builds trust. Trust enables transformation. Our weekly meetings provide the stable, judgment-free environment where vulnerable youth can begin to heal, learn, and grow.
Safe Space Creation
Many youth have experienced rejection and judgment. Our meetings provide a consistent safe space where they can be themselves without fear of discrimination or harm.
Trust Building Over Time
Trust isn't built overnight. Through consistent weekly presence, we demonstrate reliability and genuine care, helping youth learn to trust adults and institutions again.
Skills & Character Development
We focus on practical life skills, work ethics, money management, and character building - essential foundations for success in any path they choose.
Gateway to Other Opportunities
Weekly meetings are where we identify youth ready for education, skills training, or family reconciliation. It's our primary assessment and recruitment tool.
The Reality of Street Life
Street-involved youth face daily uncertainty. Where will they sleep? What will they eat? Who can they trust? Our weekly meetings provide the one consistent, reliable constant in their otherwise chaotic lives.
Many have been hurt by adults before. Building trust takes time, patience, and consistent demonstration of care without judgment. Some youth attend sporadically for months before fully engaging.
But consistency pays off. When young people experience reliable care week after week, they begin to believe in the possibility of change and stability.
