Youth Assessment & Matching
Through our weekly meetings, we identify each young person's interests, behavior, and readiness. We know who has the right disposition to take advantage of opportunities.
Partner Connection
We connect youth with skilled artisans and businesses who come to teach specific skills like barbing, sewing, cobbling. Our relationships make these partnerships possible.
Resource Support
We provide training materials, tools, or transportation as needed. Sometimes we arrange shelter near training locations, like with our cobbler apprenticeships.
Ongoing Support & Advocacy
We maintain relationships and provide ongoing support. We advocate for our youth with employers and help them transition into full employment or entrepreneurship.

Cobbler Apprenticeship Group

Group approach works: Sometimes we can place multiple youth with one willing partner, creating a support system.
